Use Sign in with ChatGPT. Depending on your account, ChatGPT may let you use Google, Apple, Microsoft or an email address. You can then secure that ChatGPT account with a passkey protected by your device biometrics or PIN.
ChatGPT controls which Google, Apple, Microsoft or email choices are available. GAS never receives those passwords.
Signing in does not open the account you used. You separately choose whether Casey may use your sign-in name for a personal greeting.
Clear boundary
What GAS can and cannot see.
GAS can receive the identity information that the ChatGPT sign-in service sends to this site. It cannot see your Google, Apple, Microsoft or social-media account contents simply because you signed in. A connected source always needs its own clear permission.

Private secretary connections
Link one platform at a time.
There is no blanket “connect everything” switch. Each email, social, messaging or streaming platform must offer an official connection, show its own consent screen and provide a clear way to revoke access. The current public deployment describes this target architecture; it does not yet connect every source.
Read-only mailbox summaries should use official OAuth and the smallest useful scope.
A social sign-in does not automatically grant access to private posts, messages or contacts.
Business APIs may cover defined conversations; sending remains a separate approval.
Use catalogues or permitted account information to help choose a movie without asking for a password.

If GAS cannot do a job itself, an optional recommendation preference can help us compare a suitable online provider against the goal you chose. GAS should use the smallest useful profile, never sell or rent it, and show any affiliate or paid relationship before a handoff.
