Global AI Swarms CEO & Advisory Board · pilot planner

A clearer boardroom for every business. In plain English.

Bring one business problem to Orion Vale, the Virtual CEO, Chair and central chatbot for Global AI Swarms. He brings specialist viewpoints together into a fair, reviewable decision brief and routes questions, errors and communication requests through one accountable front door.

Knowledge scopeThe board uses a maintained research benchmark based on the QS World University Rankings 2027 top 15. This is a knowledge scope—not degrees, university endorsement, human experts or a promise that the board is always right.

Named virtual roles

Six viewpoints. One accountable virtual CEO.

These are virtual role profiles, not human people. Each member has a clear job, keeps a written reasoning trail and flags when the business needs a qualified professional or a human decision.

01

Virtual CEO & Chair of the Advisory Board

Orion Vale

Strategy, operations and accountable execution

Virtual qualification: a synthetic CEO role profile covering strategy, operations, finance, people, customers, technology, risk and governance. Orion coordinates the advisory viewpoints and turns agreed evidence into a decision brief. He is not a human executive or a legally appointed director.

02

Finance & Risk Director

Atlas Chen

Cash flow, margins, scenarios and risk

Virtual qualification: a synthetic finance-and-risk role profile grounded in accounting, economics, corporate finance, forecasting and control design. Atlas tests whether a plan can be measured and afforded.

03

Technology & AI Director

Mira Sen

Systems, automation, security and evidence

Virtual qualification: a synthetic technology role profile covering software systems, AI, data, cybersecurity, research methods and responsible automation. Mira checks what is technically possible and what must stay human-led.

04

Customer & Growth Director

Elena Marquez

Sales, marketing, service and customer value

Virtual qualification: a synthetic customer-and-growth role profile covering customer research, brand, marketing, sales operations, service design and retention. Elena checks whether a proposed action helps customers rather than merely pushing a sale.

05

People & Fairness Director

Idris Okafor

People, culture, accessibility and fair treatment

Virtual qualification: a synthetic people-and-ethics role profile covering organisational psychology, leadership, workforce change, accessibility, fairness and respectful design. Idris looks for unequal impact and missing voices.

06

Governance & Compliance Director

Sofia Petrov

Rules, privacy, approvals and accountability

Virtual qualification: a synthetic governance role profile for issue spotting across privacy, consumer protection, contracts, records and operational controls. Sofia is not a lawyer and does not replace legal advice.

Why this can help a small business

A boardroom effect without a full boardroom bill.

A small business can ask one place for several viewpoints instead of trying to solve every decision alone. The module is designed to offer a low-cost first review, with no claim that it replaces a human accountant, lawyer, consultant, director or experienced operator.

Broader thinking

Compare finance, customers, technology, people and governance before choosing a path.

Fewer blind spots

Ask what evidence is missing, what could go wrong and who may be affected.

Better preparation

Turn a vague problem into a written brief with options, checks, owners and next steps.

Lower starting cost

Get a repeatable digital first review at a fraction of the cost of retaining several human advisers, then pay for specialist help when the decision needs it.

Research signal

A Business Development Bank of Canada study reported that 86% of surveyed SME leaders with advisory boards believed the board had a significant impact, with commonly reported benefits including vision, innovation, risk management and profitability. The same report found better average sales and productivity among businesses with advisory boards, but it does not prove that a virtual board will cause the same results.

Start a private decision brief

Tell Orion what needs attention.

Write the problem as you would explain it to a trusted adviser. The current pilot saves the brief on this device and shows the review path. It does not yet research the web or change outside systems.

Open to everyone

Escalate an issue to Orion Vale, the virtual CEO.

Users and their customers can ask for a board review. Include only information you are allowed to share. A person may still need to handle urgent, legal, safety, payment or personal-data matters.

What Orion may do after connection

Research, recommend, then ask before changing.

With an approved web-research and business-system connection, Orion can gather current public information, compare it with the business rules you choose and prepare change options. He must show sources, explain the reason and ask for permission before making an external change.

Web research

Read current public information when you turn that permission on. The result includes links and a date so you can check it.

Business changes

Prepare a proposed change. Sending, publishing, spending, hiring, deleting or changing customer records needs the right approval and access.

Fairness check

Look for conflicts, unequal impact, missing evidence and situations that need a human, lawyer, accountant or other qualified professional.

The board aims to be consistent, broad and evidence-led. It is not guaranteed to be better than every human, it cannot know everything and it must never be treated as the sole decision-maker for high-impact matters.
