GAS AI Call Centre · a separate GAS tool
Plan a safer call service. Keep people in charge.
GAS AI Call Centre helps you prepare rules for a possible AI call service. You can choose proposed languages, approved answers and when a person would take over. It does not connect or answer calls today.
What the plan can prepare
Set clear rules for a future live service.
Your business can plan the words, products and point where a person should take over before any phone provider is connected.
Choose what a future service could collect and which person should receive it.
List the languages and greetings your business may want to test before anything goes live.
Decide which offers a future service may mention. No invented discounts or surprise selling.
From cost centre to profit centre
Help customers first. Then offer the right extra.
A call centre usually costs money because every conversation takes staff time. A well-designed AI assistant can also create value: answer the question, understand the customer's need, and automatically mention an approved product or service that genuinely fits. That is a helpful upsell—not pressure—because the customer's original need comes first.
The assistant answers clearly or hands the customer to a person. Trust comes before selling.
After helping, it can suggest an approved product, upgrade or add-on that matches the customer's need. No made-up deal and no pressure.
Track assisted sales, margin, refunds, complaints and hand-offs. Compare them with the old cost of service.
Example only: if 1,000 monthly conversations produce 40 suitable offers and 10 customers accept a $120 gross-margin add-on, that is $1,200 of gross margin before provider, staff, tax, refund and compliance costs. Actual results depend on the business and must be measured.
30 days free
Plan first. Set up later.
Set up a private 30-day plan for this module. This planner does not handle calls, run a dashboard or measure savings. A future live service would need its own provider setup and measured reporting.
The free pilot planner does not begin a paid subscription. It does not turn on a phone, text or outside service. Any future provider cost must be shown before activation. At day 30, you can keep, change or clear the plan.
Talk with us
Ask for a call without a public phone number.
Use the business mailbox to ask for a time that suits you. If video is useful, you can open Google Meet and a person can send a meeting link. Any future AI video helper must clearly say that it is AI.
Both links route through Orion Vale and the central mailbox. A person confirms the time and any Google Meet details. Neither link starts a hidden phone call, records you or makes an AI look like a person.
Knowledge setup
Help the assistant understand the business — with permission.
Choose the public website, manuals and past call samples you may use later. This first step creates only a private setup plan; it does not crawl the website, upload files, listen to recordings or train a shared model.
Before a live knowledge connection can be turned on, each business needs an approved storage location, access controls, a retention and deletion plan, recording-consent checks, a human review step and a clear decision about what may be sent to an AI service. GAS must not silently learn from calls or turn into a person.
Your rules come first
If it is unsure, it asks a person.
A call centre should feel helpful, not pushy. These rules belong in any future live phone service.
Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant and can ask for a person.
Products, prices and claims must come from your business. The assistant must not make them up.
A person handles complaints, payment questions, emergencies, private matters and any caller who asks for help.
This pilot planner saves a setup plan on this device. It does not connect a phone number, record a caller, make outbound calls or send marketing. A live service needs a chosen phone provider, clear consent, call rules and human hand-off settings first.
